2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by MIRA to consumers via the Shopify platform.
3. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations or errors may occur. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs. MIRA reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
Customers must review and confirm the accuracy of their order before making payment. Placing an order implies full acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these Terms and Conditions.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options available at checkout. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments and its authorized providers.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Delivery times are for reference only. MIRA cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping providers.
Shipping fees, delivery zones, and methods are specified during checkout.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.
To exercise this right, send an email to mymira.activewear@gmail.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless it’s due to our error). Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging (including tags, accessories, etc.).
9. Returns & Refunds
Once we receive and validate your return, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.
Refunds will not be issued for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
10. Legal Warranties
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

11. Liability
MIRA shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is collected for order processing and customer service purposes. In accordance with the GDPR and French data protection laws, customers may request access to, rectification, or deletion of their personal data.

14. Governing Law & Disputes
