These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on the MIRA website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
All products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions and prices at any time.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, such as stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are added separately. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the available payment methods.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. MIRA is not responsible for delays beyond its control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days following the receipt of your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with French consumer law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns must comply with our Return Policy. Refunds will be processed after receipt and verification of the returned products.
8. Liability
MIRA’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased products. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.
9. Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
